I became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator in 2006 and have been mediating since then. I worked for the 12th Judicial Circuit of Florida (Sarasota, Manatee and Desoto counties) for seventeen years, fifteen as a Family Court Mediator. I have conducted more than 3,000 family mediations. In 2017, I was appointed to the Florida Mediator Qualifications Discipline & Review Board and continue to serve on that Board. I am also Florida Supreme Court certified in County, Dependency and Appellate Mediation.
I graduated from Cornell University College of Arts & Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and from the University of Denver, College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. I was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and the District of Columbia.
I am committed to helping clients with family issues so they can avoid the high emotional and financial cost of litigation. Mediation allows people to craft their own individual solutions in difficult situations.
